Remember that recovery is work! I know you probably don’t feel like doing it, and feel like it’s unfair that you are forced to. But, I promise you that it’s worth it.


Here’s what works to set yourself up for a happy and fulfilling life after divorce:


1. Nourish your body with whole, healthy foods


2. Get enough sleep


3. Move your body and make it strong


4. Drink water


5. Breathe fresh air every day


BONUS…by working on all of these habits, you will also be lowering your stress level.

In order to be really good at something and get where you want to go, you have to master the basics. You’ve got to slow down and start at the beginning to create healthy habits for yourself.
