Do you have a self care practice? I get it…some days the best you can do is get out of bed. Some days even that doesn’t happen. I've been there…when you’re navigating a divorce, life is chaotic and exhausting. Old routines are gone. Sometimes you spend all your time and energy just getting through the day.
